Invert the carbs with the float bowl cover off and make sure the float arm is parallel with the carb body with just the weight of the floats resting against the needle valve. It could be the wrong pilot jets but that is very unlikely. PM's remedy to stop the puking oil is to cap the bolts with a rubber cap, and hose setup. The system directs any oil blow back into the intake. That"s fine for a stock set up, however not for a high output engine.
