Web1) Thorax is a better range platform than Moa. 2) Caldari sets itself up as the rail race and CCP even refers to it in the description; the Moa doesn't match up to that description. Thorax is a better kite platform, not a better range platform. The Moa can hit further, harder. WebThe rate of fire implant gives the best boost to dps; an RF-903 bumps this up to 850 dps. Obviously it is for attack/brawling though, so get in close and melt faces off, dont use it for pve. Don't use the Thorax for pve at all, the Vexor does much better in that role. Drop the guns down a tier if you need extra fitting.
