WebFor a Bard, these skills are Singing, Brass, Wind, Percussion, and Stringed. Each Bard song has one of these skills assigned to it, which means two important things. The first one is that if you equip that instrument while playing that song, you will somehow improve its effects, which depends on the modifier on your particular instrument. WebBards do use mana, particularly for charms and fading memories (bard FD/escape AA). 2. Bard mana regens ONLY via A. Medding (skill = 1), B. FT1-15 (flowing thought), C. MC (mental clarity) AA (3 per tick max) D. Body and Mind Rejuv AA (1 per tick) 3. VoQ (any form of crack), songs, pot9, kitty-crack, etc. do NOT regen bard mana.

There are some hair splitting nuances about the specific question of capping 100% haste at level 60 as a bard (not to mention the various level haste caps from 1-60). Example, DotB is 55% and the highest haste item value a bard can get is 41% so you'd need to use Jonthan's Inspiration to actually cap.
